How This Works
1. Community members (Adopters) visit this web site and click on Adopt
2. Complete the form to let us know how many children you would like to adopt
3. You will receive an email with clothing sizes, a fun gift idea & an identification tag for each child
4. Adopters are asked to spend $35-$50 per child and purchase some clothing plus something fun
5. Adopters place the unwrapped gift items in a black trash bag, attach the identification tag for that child and return the bag to 6 Stones Mission Network by December 3. [View Map]
6. The children will receive their gifts, plus a Christmas meal and parent gift at parties for their school campuses in early December.
7. You will be blessed and many families will be blessed as well!
Why?
Because over 55% of students have been identified as economically challenged in the HEB ISD. We hope that you will be as inspired as we are to help create the miracle of Christmas for these kids and families. We will provide gifts to the elementary child and their junior high and high school siblings. We are working with all 19 elementary schools in the district.
Additional Ways to Help
Encourage your friends, organizations and businesses to Adopt a child or family.
Motivate your organization to donate canned goods for the Christmas Dinner boxes.
Double your gift with no extra cost by linking your grocery card with 6 Stones.
Volunteers can help receive gift donations until December 3 during the hours listed below. Or, you may want to volunteer to help at a Christmas party (times/dates TBA).
